REFUND POLICY
At GCHM, we are grateful for your support of our mission to provide grief support services, resources, and community-based programs for individuals and families navigating loss. Your purchases and donations directly contribute to sustaining our outreach efforts, including initiatives such as the Teddy Bear Project.
Donations and Contributions
All monetary donations made to GCHM are considered voluntary, final, and non-refundable. This includes one-time gifts, recurring donations, and contributions made through fundraising campaigns or external platforms such as Amazon Wishlists. If a donation was made in error or appears to be duplicated, please contact us promptly so we may review the transaction.
Merchandise Sales (Books, Apparel, and Promotional Items)
GCHM may offer items such as books, shirts, coffee cups, and other branded merchandise to support fundraising efforts. All merchandise sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive an item that meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7–14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.
Amazon Wishlist & Third-Party Purchases
Items purchased through our Amazon Wishlist or other third-party platforms are subject to the return and refund policies of those respective providers. GCHM does not process refunds or returns for items purchased externally.
